Arrival Process

When a vehicle arrives at the site, it is weighed on the weighbridge to determine its initial weight. Once the weighing is completed, the vehicle enters through the gate. All items received from the other party are documented and enlisted, ensuring that accurate records are kept for every incoming shipment.

GatePass Process

When goods are ready for dispatch, a gate pass is issued. This pass contains a detailed list of all items being sent out to another company or party. It serves as a tool for tracking and verifying the materials being transported off the premises, maintaining accountability throughout the process.

Local Arrival/Dispatch

• Local Arrival: This refers to vehicles arriving at the factory from Pakistan.
• Local Dispatch: This refers to vehicles leaving the factory and heading to Pakistan.

Export/Import

• Export: Goods sent to another country.
• Import: Goods or vehicles received from another country.

Factory to Factory

When vehicles are transferred between factories owned by the same company, this is recorded under the Factory to Factory category. This ensures the movement of goods between different locations is accurately tracked.

External Sending/Receiving

• External Sending: Vehicles are sent from one location to another, including transfers between different factories owned by the same company.
• External Receiving: Vehicles are received from specific locations, including other factories owned by the same company.

Internal Transfer

In the case of Internal Transfer, vehicles transporting goods within the factory are not required to weigh empty vehicles (First Weight) every time. The initial weight is already recorded, making the process quicker and more efficient.

Saving the Images

As part of the weighing process, images of the vehicles are captured for both the First Weight (empty vehicle) and the Second Weight (loaded vehicle). These records help maintain accuracy and transparency in the transfer process, ensuring every step is documented properly.
